Early Termination Charge

Hi,

Agreed to move my fibre broadband over from BT to EE yesterday. Was assured they'd be no early termination charge, but today got a text from BT saying I'd have an early termination charge of £164.94p !

Who do I speak to so that this doesn't happen?

there should be no ETC for moving BT to EE  try the billing team
