We are struggling with slow speeds due to our increased usage and are looking to upgrade, however we have been told ocnflicitng things r.e early termination charges.
Initially we weren't told about any termination charges and just simply the cost to upgrade, however we have also been told by a different sales rep that there will be erly termination charges.
Is this typical when upgrading broadband? I have never heard of or experienced with any other company before....seems like a very moralyl questionable practice.
