Wasn't sure which board would be best to post to but had seen someone else have the same issue a while ago and was hoping someone could help.
I have updated my login email address and removes my old email address from the settings in my bt however the bill is still going to the old email address.
Is there any way to get this rectified please?

This has since been resolved so can be closed/deleted
