I changed my email address at the end of December and my profile was changed accordingly on the BT site. But emails are still being sent to my old address. Comments on the forum suggest this is a common problem and BT have to do so manually. Can this be done as soon as possible please?

This is a BT residential customer to customer forum. Your post does not go to BT.
You will need to contact BT Billing 0330.1234.150 and ask them to change it.
