Hello, I no longer live in UK and cannot call customer service. Need to end payments for unnecessary service but cannot find a way to do that.

Phoning is not an option. Cannot call outside the country of residence.
This is just a customer to customer help forum, everyone here, including myself, are just customers.
The only BT Employees are the forum moderators.
Phoning is normally the only option as the account holder needs to be verified.
