End date of cooling-off period

Can anyone advise when my 14 days cooling off period ends in the following circumstances:-

Current broadband contract expires 10 November
Contract renewed 19 October

I have read the T&Cs and think that I will have until 24 November but was hoping that someone can confirm this and that the date is not 2 November or thereabouts.

Your new 24 month contract started on 19 October and 14 days cooling off is from then.  Your contract renewal date is now 19 October 2025 not 14 november

14 days from the start of the new contract date, which going from your post is today.
