Hi, i recently placed my order to migrate to FTTP from FTTC and i was sent an email confirming my order change etc but in the email it shows my engineer appointment but then states; "We need to confirm this date, so we'll be in touch again soon. " I have yet to receive a email confirming (I just checked and i received one when ordering my FTTC) but if i track my orders on my account it shows;
Your appointment has been confirmed.
So it shows it's confirmed but i haven't received an email, Does it matter if i receive an email stating that it's been confirmed or is the order engineer status pretty much the exact same thing?

If you wish confirmation just ring the FTTP team 0800 587 4787. I would also suggest you check your spam/junk folder in case the email ended up there.
Just got off the phone and they told me it might be a bug with the automated emails and he then checked openreach and confirmed the date, Thanks!
