Engineers visit he never arrived


I changed to full fibre on the 21st of February 2025, with an engineers visit booked for the 18th march between the hours of 8 to 12.

no engineer arrived and no email of cancellation or to rearrange a date, a day off work sat around waiting.

You need to contact CS 03301234150 and arrange a new visit. You should get automatic compensation for missed visit

I'm sorry to hear that there was a problem with the engineer visit. Please follow @imjolly's advice and speak with our customer support team. They'll be able to look into what happened and get another visit booked.
