Equipment Return

Hi,

I have returned the equipments on July 25 th & Royal mail delivered it on 3rd August. Still no email from BT. what should I do?

It is taking about four weeks for BT to update accounts. If you want you can phone BT 0330.1234.150 with your Proof of Delivery and they can update your account.
