I returned my equipment to BT 10 days ago and the account has only marked one item as being received, very conveniently the more expensive item is being shown as not returned. As both the hub and tv box were in the same package then if you have received one then you must have received the other. Have tried phoning but just keep on going round in circles so hopefully someone here can help to clear this up.

If you keep calling BT 0330.1234.150 with your Proof of Sending or your Proof of Receipt they can update your account.
As stated in my post I have tried calling with no success, it is also difficult to call during the day as I am a teacher and cannot make calls in the middle of a lesson.
The Customer Services are open Monday to Friday 8am - 9pm. There is also a live chat facility which can be found here.
If anyone finds themself in this situation the best thing to do is contact BT using Facebook, ignore any advice telling you to phone as there is no specific option to select for returning equipment so you just go round in circles on the phone and the automated chat is just the same.
