Hi @RachelCairns, welcome to the forum and I've moved your post to create your own thread. 

Have you set up your BTID yet? If not set one up at: Create BT ID

If you still can't claim your reward then Message us Broadband | BT Help and one of our guides will be happy to claim it for you.
