Equipment return

Hi, I’ve recently changed my package with BT and you are asking for discs to be returned. When I took my original package out 2 year’s ago I never received any discs?? The only equipment I have is my main hub box. 
Can this please be looked into as I’m now receiving emails and text messages advising I’m going to be charged if I don’t return the discs. 
Unfortunately I can’t return what I didn’t have in the first place. 

Any help would be much appreciated.

This is a BT residential customer to customer forum. Your post does not go to BT. The only BT staff are the forum moderators who do not necessarily read all the posts.

It will most likely be an automated email that gets sent out when people leave their package.

You should call BT Billing 0330.1234.150 and explain the problem to them.
