Equipment has been returned and have proof of postage/delivery but my account says I still need to return it, anyone know if it takes a while to update? Just don’t want to be charged £80 as it will be impossible to get back.

It is taking up to 3 weeks to update account. If you call BT 0330.1234.150 with your Proof of Sending or your Proof of Receipt they can update your account.
