I'm getting totally confused am I a BT Broadband customer or an EE Broadband customer. I upgraded last year to full fibre and was tpld I have to move to EE. I was also told I had to move my Sim only moblie to EE. I want to increase my moblie data, but now I see there's BT Mobile, do I use that or EE Mobile. I look at my products and It shows BT Broadband, my mobile shows EE Sim only plans, but no costs. It used to be simple when I weorked for BT, now I haven't a clue.
I'm sorry but you just said BT bb & EE mobile in your post, how is that confusing? You've just said who each product is with so for more movile data contact EE
TBH , you situation seems very similar to mine (but without the confusion on my part ) I too had BT mobile ( a tariff that was a legacy one and although OK for myself (50 texts , 50 mins calls 500Mb per month ) was ‘unappealing’ as a mass market product, I was offered an EE sim only deal that was had much more ‘market’ appeal , unlimited texts , unlimited calls , 20Gb (I think) for a little more ££, BT mobile at that point was being retired, the fact that it’s been resurrected couldn’t be predicted back then , and although EE broadband was offered , it certainly wasn’t compulsory, I chose to remain on BT , so I have a BT account and an EE account, nothing particularly confusing about that , although linked they are separate brands .
The big give-away is usually who you pay the money to. What does it say on the bills?
I have just checked I pay BT group and EE.
So I'm still confused. It would appear that I'm a BT Broadband customer and an EE Mobile customer.
Hi @enfield250
Thanks for coming here.
If you would like to increase your data for your mobile plan, please call our EE Mobile guides and they can look at all available options 🙂
