FTTP Installation

Hi,

So I ordered FTTP and was originally due for install on the 15th, I noticed the engineer vist had changed to "awaiting confirmation" so I phoned and they told me it needed to be re arranged - then something screwed up and somehow they cancelled the order. so I had to phone back again and re-place the order - luckily I managed to get install booked on the same date as the first order was re-scheduled for.  I then realise that the phone number is incorrect for the engineer visit (even though I've asked many times for it to be changed) so I go in to change it in the app and now its back to awaiting confirmation 

To make matters even more strange, I've just looked today and it says Engineer visit: Requested. Not only that the contact number has completely changed again!
