Failed install
Just had an update from BT re my failed install due to the blocked duct outside. Openreach apparently cannot come to fix it for 10 to 12 weeks!!! What sort of joke is that. Probably have to bite my lip and return to VM. BT it turns out are useless.

Re: Failed install
you would face the same delay whichever ISP you decided to use if they use the openreach network. it is openreach who cannot do the work for 10/12 weeks

Re: Failed install
as I said only applies to ISPs who use the openreach network and Virgin do not as you posted they have their own network

Re: Failed install
However my point still stands, 10 to 12 weeks not good enough!
