Fibre Halo 3 - Does It Come With Smart Hub 2?

Upgraded to Fibre Halo 3 fully expecting to receive a Smart Hub 3 as a result - but no sign of it.
I have a HH5.
I swear that's what the options given for upgrade listed, although I took no screenshots at the time.
The screenshot below strongly suggests that it includes a Smart Hub 2.
(Above, it also lists my current contract as Fibre Halo 3).

What's going on here?

Seems like an offer has been made, I've accepted, and BT at failing to deliver on the contract.

You get a Smarthub 2 with Halo 3 +

I could be mistaken, Halo 3 does not include a Smarthub 2 if your present BT hub can be used.
