Tried to switch to fibre but Open Reach say there’s no room on the pole. BT say we can’t switch back to copper line as they don’t start copper contracts. It’s been 2 months of no proper connection, just a 4G hub that isn’t good enough to work from home.
We keep being passed from pillar to post with no resolution in sight. How do we either re-establish our old line or resolve the congested pole so we can install fibre?
Thats a wild situation to find yourself in and very unfortunate but im pretty sure you can still sign up for copper, I just checked against my parents address. What are BT on about?
You still have your copper line though right? You didnt have an FTTP order in and it was only half way through the install they realised there wasnt enough ports? 🙄
