Hi there,
I left my broadband on 30/01/24 but yet to receive final bill but did receive a 'sorry to see you leaving' email on 13/01/24.
And for all intents and purposes my online account still shows the service as active and giving me upgrade options or long term contract sign up options. Also that a full direct debit will come out next week even though i have left.
How can i get my final bill correct to date of leaving and account fully closed off and removed?
