Final bill

I recently cancelled my BT phone and broadband service.  I used MyBT to view my bills.  I tried to log into MyBT this morning to check that a final bill had been produced and what my refund of advance billed rental would be, but my online account is no longer active as it says I don't have a linked account (assuming my phone account).  How can I check if my final bill has been produced, what my refund will be and when?  Don't tell me to phone customer services.  It took long enough to get the cease orders raised.
