I've renewed my broadband after receiving an email offering me 12 months Xbox Ultimate, I was told that I can activate it on my BT page, .
However, tried now for 4 days but just says site under maintenance.
Please help
Hi @Ianthorny, the Game Pass will only be available to claim 14 days after your order completes.
If it's past the 14 days already please get in touch with us using the 'Message now' option on this page: Broadband | BT Help and one of our guides will claim it for you.

you cannot activate your xbox pass until your 14 day cooling off has passed. you should then be able to go to MYBT and find 'content partners' and active from there you need to access MYBT from pc/laptop not from the app

well that didnt work , 14 day period passed , tried activating on PC , still an error
Its a joke that BT attract you with these offers but when you try to redeem its a nightmare. I've been trying now for 2 weeks. Even rang BT and the advisor assured me it would be activated in next 5 working days. That never happened either !!! Absolute waste of time and energy !!

I am having the same issue and now the 2 weeks is up! I did speak to BT on the phone who were going to sort it for me but I haven’t heard anything back and it’s nearly been a week
Hi @o0swfh0o, sorry you've not received your code for the Game Pass. When you called the guide would've filled in a form with your details for the Xbox team. It can take 7 days for them to email the code to you after the date of the call.
If you've not received it and 7 days have passed let us know.
