I've renewed my broadband after receiving an email offering me 12 months Xbox Ultimate, I was told that I can activate it on my BT page, .
However, tried now for 4 days but just says site under maintenance.
Please help
Hi @Ianthorny, the Game Pass will only be available to claim 14 days after your order completes.
If it's past the 14 days already please get in touch with us using the 'Message now' option on this page: Broadband | BT Help and one of our guides will claim it for you.

Which dept do I need as I keep getting passed around?
you cannot activate your xbox pass until your 14 day cooling off has passed. you should then be able to go to MYBT and find 'content partners' and active from there you need to access MYBT from pc/laptop not from the app
