Full Fibre 1 versus Full Fibre 2

Go to solution

BT is offering Full Fibre 1 at  £34.99 but Full Fibre 2 (at a faster speed) for £29.99

Am I missing something or is this a no brainer offer?

BT often have similar deals where the better service is discounted &  the lesser one isn't. Just make sure it isn't a temporary discount.

Makes you wonder if the speed of F1 ( 55Mb ) that no other major ISP sells , is going to be eventually removed from the portfolio, that would leave Fibre Essential as the 40 Mb ( entry level) equivalent to every one else’s lower tier and F2 ( 80Mb ) as the higher tier ( on FTTC ) as the OP states it’s a no brainier at the moment, with F1 at £35 and F2 £30 ( with Essential still the cheapest at £29 ) , but it may also also be a temporary promotion
