Re: Full Fibre Promise on Halo 3+

if you read the forum you will find many posts where customer has had circular from openreach saying fibre available but you still cannot order from ISP as it does not show available on the link I posted.  it would help you if you posted results from the link I posted - or you can just keep going as you are

Re: Full Fibre Promise on Halo 3+

Dont understand this rationale.  If BT **bleep** me off like this then I'd just walk. Other isp's are available

Re: Full Fibre Promise on Halo 3+

@wceebee - Halo 3+ is a SCAM - it's false advertising.

If you upgrade to Full Fibre (as soon as it's available), it will start a new 24 month contract. It's not FREE, is not given to you 'as soon as available'. It's just very manipulative marketing for a failed product that added all 'extras' under a Halo cloak, whilst making promises that BT had no intention of keeping.

As I posted on another thread.......the Halo price promise (classic BT misleading advertising) is a complete joke - it relates to like for like 'Halo' products. So you will supposedly never pay more for a Halo package, than a new customer. BUT.....try to find out the Halo prices online, they are apparently a secret. Even if you try calling CS, they will struggle to tell you the new customer price or provide an online link.
