Game pass

Hi signed up for a package including 12 month game pass ultimate after waiting for 14 day cooling period to pass and paying first bill I am still unable to activate Xbox game pass. Message pops up when following instructions ‘unable to process this request. Please try again’ . Can anyone help me called and tried to chat however getting no satisfaction. Thanks
