I signed up for the 900 package in Dec 2021 and got the 'free' 12 months gamepass offer which went through fine. I changed my package in April (special offer/pricing) with a new 24 month contract which I believe had the same 'free' 12 month gamepass offer.
I didn't receive any email to change the start date of the 12 month gamepass offer to run from April instead it just continued in my account as a 12 month offer from Dec 21.
Is this correct? I would have thought the offer would run from the start of your contract date?
