I have waited over the 14 days since installation and despite repeated emails telling me to claim my £50 gift card I can't find any way of actually claiming it?

You would need to log into your myBT to claim it, here is a link I found to start the claim process:

Failing that I would call BT and they will be able to sort, can wither call or message the billing team:

I have had numerous emails with the link but there is no where on there with information on how to claim the card or even mention of the card, hence me coming on here to seek advice, I don't want to have to ring if I can avoid it?
