HI, I  currently have EE tv via BT and pay an extra box.  Does anyone know why I'm being charged twice for HD  £7.16 & £6.00 per month ?  Thank you.

Hi @SW1

potentially there could be a charge for an HD/4K addon  and/or  a seperate charge for Now Boost  addon. Typically the charge is £6/month but may be higher if it has been subjected to annual price increases. How are the two charges shown  (described) on your bill ?

Normally  but not always with BT EETV contracts a single charge for both addons would apply.

What EETV package do you have , is it the Sport one ? , and do you have NOW Entertainment or further content  as an addon ?

Hi,  I've got the Entertainment package, no sport and movies just for the month which I will cancel.  I've just recontracted and don't want to contact them until I know what I'm dealing with.  They're a bit difficult to deal with (in my opinion)

Well only you and BT can see your contract(s) and bills so if it is not clear to you in the contract email and bill detail asking BT to explain is the simplest way forward.

If you have recently recontracted then as  you are billed in advance it possible that you have a charge based upon your previous  contract terms and a charge based upon your newly activated contract.  In that case I would expect those two charges to apply at different dates.

The £6 would be an expected monthly addon charge for a new recontracted package.

With your previous package what if any charge were you paying for HD ?

Hi.  I've been in touch with them and it is an error.  It was showing as two separate charges in my products.  They are going to remove the second charge.  Thank you for your help.  I'm not particularly tech savvy.
