HELP EXPLAINING MY BILL

Can anyone explain why I suddenly appear to have credit on my account and also what does 4 entries listed as bill disputes for £26.16 totalling to the credit on the account.

Is the total credit that you see £104.64 which is the sum of the 4 bill disputes you mentioned?

If the credits are showing as bill disputes, it means that an adviser has manually entered the credits for you. Have you been speaking with any advisers over the last month or couple of months about anything to do with your account?
