How do you get a QR code to return a working router? We have had our service switched from BT to EE with a new EE high speed router. We have packed the old equipment in the box the router arrived in. Tried the local EE shop which were extremely unhelpful. Have spoken to EE and were advised to contact BT? We have tried 7 or 8 times, fail to get an answer! We telephoned 0330 1234 150 but whichever choice we make we do not get to speak to anyone. There is not any choice for returning items or a `Real Person` on the end of the line? Almost given up, but do not want a bill because we have not returned the router? Hope someone has the answer?

most people on forum don't seem to have problem phoning CS 03301234150 and requesting a returns bag but you could also try billing and see if they will send you one using message now

I wouldn’t panic
If and when BT want the hub back trust me you'll be the first to know.
Hi @LUKE451
You can try calling the alternative number found on our How to return and recycle your BT equipment page.
