What was the solution to enable it to be signed off?

@-Richie-  Still does not add up to the £43.48 we are having taken from the bank each month

LRS is supposed to come off the line rental and not the broadband package

I've seen the £55.99 mentioned in an email and this does work out as £36 if you subtract £19.99

but if you add the landline cost of £2.25 that is only £38.25 so I'm still unsure where the extra £5.23 is coming from that they are charging me

It's all a little too confusing for me so I'll let it drop 😞

@allanraymond  I check my bills but this is my mums account and I don't have access to the bank details usually

Anyhow my bill says the £43.48 (this includes LRS) if for Halo 3 (£41.23) and the Landline (£2.25)
