Why does the BT website keep saying:-
Service Unavailable
The service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later."
when it offers to show me Halo offers?
It's been doing it for more than a couple of weeks now no matter which browser I use.
How much later should I try?
if your current contact is due for renewal then I suggest you use the retentions team and see what you can negotiate for the package you want. make sure you know what BT are offering new customers and also what is available from other ISP before phoning
