Unlink xbox account from bt

Hi

i had xbox gamepass ultimate before i signed up to a bt deal (had approx 7 months left) - and then signed up to a bt deal with 12 months free. Those 12 months have ended and i have turned off auto renew (ended April 23rd) - it still shows as managed by bt / ee and definitely has stopped from bt side. Is there an easy way to unlink my xbox account so i can manage the sub back on the xbox side? Just as i cant see anything on xbox site now and cant see when my sub ends

Try contacting billing message now and see if they can help

I think as you only ended on 23 April that it does does a bit time for BT to release xbox

hi

i tried going through contact us and still cant get the account unlocked. i know mods have a xbox escalation form from previous posts, is this something they can still help with?

edit : added 1 month as another post suggested and that seems to have sorted it
