Trying to renew broadband deal, currently with Plusnet and prior to that with BT. Most suppliers say that they can’t supply our address and even the BT website doesn’t have our address listed and I think this is maybe why other suppliers can’t/ won’t supply us. We currently have basic fibre and have had for many years. I have tried contacting Openreach but BOT is pathetically useless and no phone or email can be found.
when we were previously with BT for our broadband they always had the wrong address and despite requeststhey never corrected it, luckily as we live in a small village the post always got to us.
How can I get BT or/and Openreach to update their systems. I have checked with Royalmail who have the correct address so I know that isn’t the issue

Only your current provider can ask Openreach to correct your address by submitting an ORDI request to Openreach.
