House move fttp

I currently have 900mb fttp and am moving house next month. I've gone through the house move form online and all went through fine.

The question I have is will/have BT check with open reach that the new property already has fttp? I know the address is in an fttp area but don't know if it's actually been connected?

At the bottom in the notes it will give an indication if there was already Openreach FTTP and a ONT installed in the property

E.g

ONT exists with active service. No spare ports are available. A new ONT may be ordered.
