So... It has been fixed!
I did send a complaint at the same time I initially posted here, and someone has been in touch from BT to do the same thing I guess (ORDI) but I am not sure if it was the complaint person or the mod from here that made it happen, thanks to both though!!
I have not been contacted by anyone yet, just was checking the btwholesale checker daily and it is updated now correctly!
