One of my problems related to an appointment which BT made to change me from FTTF to FTTP in mid-Feb. I used the BT website to postpone that to mid-May and BT confirmed the revised date.
Openreach (OR) still think the appointment is for mid-Feb. They keep sending me messages asking me to either (a) confirm that date, (b) change the date or (c) cancel. Clearly I do not want to do either (a) or (c), but everytime I try to change the date to mid-May on the OR website says that its calendar does not go that far ahead and to contact BT. Now they have written to say that, as I have not confirmed, they have cancelled the work and will be writing to BT to tell them the upgrade is cancelled.
One of the things which I specifically asked the complaints section caller to do was to ensure that did not happen, so now I have no idea what to do next 😞
