I suddenly received a paper bill for my Broadband package today, together with a £3 charge for the privilege!
Not happy, as I never requested this - so how do I cancel paper billing?

Log onto your MyBT and go to Billing > Your Bill Settings and change it in the section "How you Receive Your Bill"
