How do I download my bill

How do one download the bill online ie bills i have paid

How far back do you want to go? MyBT allows you to go back 12 months

Login to MyBT and click on "Your Bills And Usage" below the BT logo

Log onto your MyBT then go to "Your Bills" and once there select the date you are looking for to see it.

If you want to download it go to Billing History and either view it or download it as a PDF.

I tried that it only show me Dec 2023 bill eventhough i paud my last bill everyday abd every month since Dec 2023

Did you go to "Billing History" then in the two boxes at the top of the list select the number of months you want to view and click on the "Apply Filter" button?
