I have been given a bad credit rating due to an unpaid bill from 2024 which I incurred after leaving BT mid contract. My debt has been passed onto a collection agency but as it was over 2 years ago, BT cannot tell me which agency it was passed too. I have never recieved any communication from anyone regarding this.Is there a way that I can find ut who my debt was passed onto? Thanks in advance
If you want to contact them to repair your credit rating then sadly you'll be wasting your time.
This detrimental mark is now on file for at least six years
No retrospective action will alter it
