How do I renew if cannot call as deaf & dyslexic?

My packages are coming to an end, I have been with BT over 20 years but when i go to try and renew it is only showing me a single package and says I must call to renew on any other package.

 

The problem is I am deaf, and dyslexic, so not only do i struggle to hear people on phones, but I never make financiial transcatons on them.  Yet to only way to order with BT is to call them or accept the single, inappropriate offer.

 

Can anyone help?

ironically, the relay and 'were here for you' both lead to phone calls, and I cant make financial decsions without seeing it written down to be able to read thorugh properly

I believe the Relay App allows you to type what you would like to say and the conversation gets relayed to the other person for you and vice versa. You can then read the replies on screen.
