I've left BT, and have send back the BT Pro TV Box, and BT Smart Hub 2 Route back.
Both items were send using the pre-paid postal labels received by BT.
Both Items were sent back on the same day.
According to Royal Mail Tracking, both items have been received and signed by BT on 27th March.
As they updated my 'order' on the account with one of the items received on 31st March (4 days after actual received date), I would have expected that the second item would also be updated by now,
As Royal mail tracking proves that the item has been delivered , I trust BT will not charge me the £65 fee.
(They've already tried charging ne £25+ for leaving BT - sending 13 letters... despite £0.00 exit fee)

If you call BT Billing 0330.1234.150 with your Proof of Posting or your Proof of Receipt they can update your account.
