Hi all, does anybody know how to contact BT by email?
I'm trying to upgrade from VDSL to full fibre (available in my area, neighbours are with BT) but it's not showing as an option as BT have my address wrong due to an error on their system. But when I look for contact info the only options are to telephone BT or use an AI chat bot neither of which are viable for me.

you can not email BT, phone or messager only. You can email them to complain but thats it
if you go to accounts / billing and go to the chat bot and put in "speak to an agent" often puts you through to a person, or work through the chatbot till it cant answer you and it puts your through to a person. Only during telephone opening hours though.
