How to find the returns tracking

Hi, my old Hub 2 stopped working so I got sent a new one.

Inside the new hub box was a returns bag, that I used to send the old hub back. A week later another returns bag arrived that I discarded since it wasn't needed anymore.

Now I didn't take any photos of the returns as I assumed BT would have some trace of it but they don't seem to so I'm now facing having to pay the fine for an item that I did return.

I have the reference of the new hub that was sent to me but no idea, what the tracking for the return was, that was included in the box.

Any clue what to do? I used my local corner shop, that does some of the Post Office bits.

You should have been given some sort of Proof of Postage from the shop you gave it to return it. If you have that call BT 0800.800.150 and they can update your account.

If you don't have a Proof of Postage ask the shop to give you a copy.
