I AM NOT A CUSTOMER BUT RECEIVING EMAILS

I am not a BT COMM customer. When I started the emails I couldn't figure out how to email and let the BT Comm know. When I saw that the person had obviously had BT COMM at their house I figured you had a way to communicate with them. Now I'm getting emails about payment needed now. I do not want emails coming from some collection place. How do I stop these emails from coming?

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.

Thank you. I appreciate it. I'm about 5 hours behind here so I know it might not happen today since I'm going to be out and about.
