I am not a BT COMM customer. When I started the emails I couldn't figure out how to email and let the BT Comm know. When I saw that the person had obviously had BT COMM at their house I figured you had a way to communicate with them. Now I'm getting emails about payment needed now. I do not want emails coming from some collection place. How do I stop these emails from coming?

They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
