I can't claim my reward

I've just been connected to BT Full Fibre. I keep getting reminders to claim a reward, but the link goes to the generic BT home page.

Could someone help please?

A recent post from a moderator recommended to try this.

"If you message us from the Contact Us pages a guide will be able to help you with that"

Give that a try.
