the situation is ridiculous
my contract for Broadband 100 and Big sport TV runs out in two weeks.
A week ago I called the helpline and cancelled my TV product. Now I want to online upgrade my broadband plan to 300. When I click "upgrade" on the website I get a message that I can't do it because my other order is not completed (the TV cancellation order will be completed in few weeks when I return my TV Box).
I tried to upgrade my contract via the helpline but the prices are much higher and I want the price that if offered to me on myBT online profile.
Is there any way to write an e-mail to BT ? The person on helpline wasn't able to give me any advice.
I'd suggest sitting tight & seeing what's available around Black Friday. Hopefully the TV cancellation will have completed by then too.
