I did not receive the last bills for the month of September.

I belong to the AP team of the company Encompass Digital Media Services Limited.
My contact at your company has not been sending me the invoices for the month of September for a month and now I also need the invoices for the month of October.
We have many accounts in your company such as the following: **Edited** I tried to configure these accounts in our BT profile but the system takes them as invalid/non-existent.
Can you please help me with this request?
I am receiving emails demanding payments when, since the month of September began, I have been asking the contact I have with your company to send me the invoices but I have not received any response.
