I have 12 BT Accounts apparently...

Hi There,

It's a question out of curiosity since BT like to create a new account for basically anything you do.. I have somehow ended up with 12 accounts which are showing on my credit report too.. Is there any way once they are closed they can be deleted and removed from my credit report as its really daft to have that many accounts.. I have tried calling but no one seems to have an answer..

I am sorry to see that you have so many accounts and so many credit checks.

It sounds like we had multiple failed orders with each trying to create a new account. As no account was successful, at first, each new order started the credit check and new account number again. I want to look into this for you to see what exactly happened. I have sent you a private message so that we can get started on this.
