I have just signed up after leaving sky broadband and would like to know how i will get my gift card? I tried on the website but couldn't.

You must be out of the 14 day cooling off period before you can claim.

You will get it but it's a very lengthy process...probably 2-3 months after completion

You can claim online by logging into My BT using your BT ID. You can claim once you’ve received your order confirmation email.

If you ordered broadband:

Once you’ve claimed, your BT Reward Card will be sent at least 14 days after your service is activated.

Please note: You need to claim your BT Reward Card within 90 days of placing your broadband product order. After this period, you’ll no longer be able to claim your reward. Don’t worry if you haven’t claimed straightaway, we’ll send you a reminder email.

What if I’ve claimed but haven’t received my BT Reward Card?

If it hasn’t arrived within 30 days of making your claim, please contact us for a replacement card.
