I havent received virtual rewards card and trying to get in touch with bt is horrendous
I have been given an 0800 number but this is chargeable at a high rate
Is there any other number to contact?

0800 numbers are free.
You need to be out of your 14 day cooling off period before you can claim any reward cards.
